Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via jsdvf-digital-labs.com. By purchasing a product or service you agree to these terms.

We exclusively offer digital products and services, including:

• Grid Trading Bot (subscription service)
• Value Bet Bot (subscription service)
• Website templates (one-time purchase)
• AI prompt packs (one-time purchase)
• Custom bots and websites (on quote)

Orders are processed via Stripe. An agreement is formed upon successful payment and email confirmation. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.

Under Dutch law (article 6:230p BW) no right of withdrawal applies to digital content made available immediately after purchase, provided you explicitly agreed to this during the checkout process.

For subscription services (bots) you can cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid will not be refunded.

Exception: in case of demonstrable technical errors on our part — contact us at info@jsdvf-digital-labs.com.

Digital products are made available immediately after payment via your account or by email. Subscription services (bots) are configured within 4 hours of receiving the required details (API key).

JSDVF.Digital-Labs is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from use of our bots or tools
• Interruptions caused by third parties (exchange downtime, API outages)
• Indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit
• Decisions made based on information on this website

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the past 3 months.

All content on this website — including code, designs, texts and prompt packs — is the property of JSDVF.Digital-Labs. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or commercially reuse content without written permission.

Purchased templates and prompt packs are licensed for personal use. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

You can cancel a subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to terminate a subscription in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through consultation. If that fails, the competent court in the Netherlands applies.

As a consumer you may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
